St. Bridget Catholic Church issued the following announcement on June 11.
RETREAT PRAYERS AND BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL. It has been a great time with the Lord. I prayed fervently for all of you during the retreat and on this day as we concluded the retreat with the celebration of the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, I commended your intentions, your families and our parish to the Sacred Heart of Jesus so that the love flowing from his heart may touch and renew everyone in our great family St. Bridget. Thank you for all your prayers for me and for all of us who made the retreat.
