Sunrise Manor CDP home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Sunrise Manor CDP rose by $16,100 while total sales increased by 9.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 889 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 810 homes sold in Sunrise Manor CDP in the first quarter of 2016.
