Sunrise Manor CDP home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Sunrise Manor CDP rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 809 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,000 - a 18.5% increase over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 889 homes sold in Sunrise Manor CDP in the first quarter of 2017.
