Unincorporated home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Unincorporated fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 7% decrease over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Unincorporated in March 2016.
