Palo Verde High School standout Karthik Gondy’s collegiate team loses game in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship on Friday, May 23

On Friday, May 23, former Palo Verde High School standout Karthik Gondy’s current collegiate team the Case Western Reserve Spartans lost 4-7 against the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Babb Field at Stromberg Stadium at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays in the tournament.

The Case Western Reserve Spartans’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 11 a.m. at Babb Field at Stromberg Stadium.
