On Sunday, March 9, former Faith Lutheran High School standout Kate Whipple’s current college team, the Colorado Mines Orediggers, lost 16-13 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Metro State Roadrunners.

The game took place at Assembly Athletic Complex. This was their third matchup against the Roadrunners this season.

The Orediggers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Assembly Athletic Complex against Metro State Roadrunners.
