On Saturday, March 1, former Bonanza High School standout Makai DeSoto’s current college team, the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons, won 14-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the West Texas A&M Buffaloes.
The game took place at Wilder Park. This was their third matchup against the Buffaloes this season.
The Falcons’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 1 p.m. at Wilder Park against West Texas A&M Buffaloes.
