Natural Childbirth Class

Saturday, October 1, 2022, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
This class will teach natural childbirth concepts for laboring women and their partners to understand and implement non-pharmacological coping measures. We will discuss and practice methods of laboring without pain medication or epidural. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to practice hands-on techniques with your partner.
This class is meant to be taken in addition to the Childbirth Preparation Class, although it is not a requirement.
Cost: $30 per couple
