City-owned facilities available for rent include Las Vegas City Hall, Boulder Plaza in the Arts District, the Historic Fifth Street School, and the Civic Center Campus. Las Vegas City Hall offers several spaces such as an outside plaza (7,250 sq. ft.), a second-floor patio (8,800 sq. ft.), Now Café (3,170 sq. ft.), chambers with seating for 500 people, and four training rooms of about 800 sq. ft. each. Rental fees at City Hall range from $150 to $1,500 per day depending on the space selected; however, weddings and birthday parties are not permitted.
Boulder Plaza provides a 7,140-square-foot outdoor venue suitable for festivals or performances at rates starting at $75 per hour with a four-hour minimum rental period. The Historic Fifth Street School features an auditorium available for $1,000 per day (10-hour rental), with other spaces ranging from $35 to $150 per hour.
The Civic Center Campus includes several options: Carolyn G. Goodman Outdoor Plaza ($4,000), Public Meeting Room/Mini Chambers ($1,250), Then Café ($200), and a sixth-floor outdoor patio ($750).
For those seeking hotel accommodations alongside meeting space downtown, there are 14 hotels offering various capacities. The Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino leads with over 46,000 square feet of meeting space and more than 1,100 sleeping rooms. Other large venues include The Plaza Hotel & Casino (43,482 sq. ft.) and Golden Nugget (40,000 sq. ft.). These properties offer different banquet and theater capacities to suit corporate gatherings or community events.
World Market Center Las Vegas is also located downtown on nearly 60 acres with three buildings and three pavilions totaling five million square feet of space. It hosts the biannual Las Vegas Market event which draws over 50,000 attendees.
