Ccsd Recognizes School Social Work Week

National School Social Work Week is observed from March 5-11, 2023. CCSD recognizes the critical role that school social workers have in our schools. They provide resources and support for our students and families each and every day.

The theme for National School Social Work Week 2023 is “We Rise.” The School Social Work Association of America believes that School Social Workers rise up – supporting their students, families, and school communities. They rise to share hope; listen and understand; challenge inequities; and support all students.

CCSD schools are encouraged to share photos and celebrate school social workers by tagging CCSD and using hashtag #SSWWeek2023 on social media.
